gettingitsorightthatitbecomeswrong

how to get public art so wrong –
recently I’ve been involved in delivering training in a range of situations from professional practice sessions at Camberwell http://www.slideshare.net/l.bicknell/professional-practice-2012  a project proposal support event at nuca to MA students http://www.slideshare.net/l.bicknell/formulating-a-learning-agreement-briefing-for-asu-4-11450080 to Photoshop training for museum trainees at MEAL.
meanwhile working on a couple of projects –
lost books for Birmingham library sees me looking at the idea of ‘thisness’ and connecting ideas first coined by Duns Scotus who noted the discrete qualities, properties or characteristics of a thing which makes it a particular thing - a person or object's "thisness" with the thoughts of Gerard Manley Hopkins – the lectures and sermons i am responding to for the project.
bookmare for Camberwell where i am creating a piece of print that is a book and a poster for the symposium.
